Jessie Churchill
I have had a love for, and lived with cats my entire life. My breeding journey began in 2015, with the Ragdoll breed. Ragdolls were a breed that I loved very much, but I had always dreamt of having a giant Black Smoke Maine Coon. I devoted myself to studying the Maine Coon breed, and when our first Black Smoke Vera Green the Spider Queen arrived, I absolutely fell in love with everything about Maine Coons- their intelligence, trainability, looks and size, love of water, affectionate and unique personalities won me over completely. In 2020, I started breeding Maine Coons only, starting with a line of Black Smokes from our first breeding pair, Jareth the Goblin King and Vera Green the Spider Queen. I later added Black Silver Shaded Queen Ozma and DBE Blue Cream Smoke Tortie Queen Smorodina. We now have 7 Queens and 3 Kings, all with carefully selected award winning lineage, for a variety of genetics, including Smokes, Shaded, DBE from the Blue Ridge Line, and Polydactyl.
About the Cattery
We are a TICA Registered in home Cattery located in Croswell Michigan. All of our cats live in our home with us as beloved members of the family, along with our Chihuahua Bean and Australian Mountain Dog Jemma. I transformed the entire 2nd story of our home into a Royal space for our Magic Moon Maine Coons. There is a Nursery Room for expecting Queens to give birth in and raise their babies. When the kittens are old enough, they move to the big Play Room (Kindergarden). I have devoted my life to these Majestic animals, and I am with them 24 hours a day. I raise every kitten as if it were my own. Every kitten is much loved and well socialized with our dogs. They are also well socialized with children, getting lots of attention from relatives who visit often to play with them. I follow the TICA Code of Ethics, which encourages responsible breeding practices, ensuring the welfare of cats and promoting ethical conduct within the breeding community. I also enjoy getting to know a client somewhat personally, so that I can help select the perfect kitten for the client that will result in an amazing feline connection.
OUR COMMITMENT:
Health is our number one priority. All of our Adults are genetically tested with Wisdom Panel, and they recieve regular health exams from our wonderful vet, including heart and hip exams. Every kitten is given a thorough health exam, and recieves it's first set of vaccines and wormer before it is cleared to leave for it's Forever Home. Kittens are guaranteed healthy when they arrive to you. We also encourage you to take your kitten to your vet for an exam within 24 hrs of receiving your new kitten.
